BRONXVILLE, N.Y. — The Sarah Lawrence College men's and women's swimming teams have announced their schedules for the 2026-27 season, with both programs set to compete against a mix of regional opponents before turning their attention to the Skyline Conference Championships in January.
The Gryphons will open the season at home on Saturday, October 17, welcoming alumni to the Campbell Sports Center for the annual SLC Alumni Meet. Both teams will return to the pool the following weekend, hosting Bard College on Saturday, October 24, at 1:30 p.m.
Sarah Lawrence will hit the road on October 31 for a matchup at SUNY Maritime before returning to Bronxville on November 7 for a pair of home meets against Brooklyn College and Purchase College. The women's team will host a tri-meet featuring both opponents, while the men's team will welcome Brooklyn College for Senior Day. Both meets are scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
The Gryphons will continue their fall campaigns on November 14 at the Mount Saint Mary College Quad Meet in Newburgh, N.Y., where they will face Mount Saint Mary, St. Joseph's University, Long Island, and SUNY Delhi. The teams will then compete at the Maritime Fall Invite on November 20-21 in Throggs Neck, N.Y.
Following the fall portion of the schedule, Sarah Lawrence will travel to Kings Point, N.Y., on December 12 to take on the United States Merchant Marine Academy before returning to competition in January.
The Gryphons will open the new year on January 19 with a pair of road matchups. The men's team will face Lehman College in the Bronx, while the women's team will compete against both Lehman College and John Jay College.
The season's centerpiece arrives January 23-24, when both teams head to Purchase, N.Y., for the Skyline Conference Championships. .
Postseason competition is scheduled for February 11-14, with the location and details to be determined.
