Men's Volleyball Sweeps Doubleheader against Fisher

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence men's volleyball team took down the visiting Fisher Falcons in both ends of Friday night's doubleheader, with a pair of 3-0 victories. The teams battled in a close first set before the Gryphons stepped on the gas and handled the remaining sets with ease.

Notable Performers
  • Jack Cahill totaled 19 kills, six aces and 11 digs in the pair of victories
  • Alex Xie racked up 45 assists and added six blocks and six kills
  • Mikel Miller posted 11 kills and nine total blocks in the wins

The Gryphons (4-4) will return to the court on Tuesday, as the team opens up Skyline play with a road matchup against Yeshiva. The team will then return to Bronxville for three more non-conference bouts, hosting Saint Elizabeth on Thursday, February 18th, before a tri-match featuring York and Dean College on Saturday, February 21st.
