Pair of Women's Basketball Standouts Receive All-Conference Nods

2.24.26

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The Skyline Conference released its 2025-26 all-conference awards on Tuesday, naming a pair of standout Sarah Lawrence women's basketball players as all-conference athletes. The Gryphons, who are slated to take the court on Wednesday as the conference's sixth seed, get two players on the all-conference teams for the first time in program history.

Senior Gabby Hudson capped off a strong two season with Sarah Lawrence by earning a spot on the conference's second team. Hudson averaged over 14 points per game, along with over six rebounds and three assists for the Gryphoons while shooting 44.6% from the field. The senior totaled 18 double-digit scoring performances this season, none bigger than her 19-point effort on Saturday to send the Gryphons to the postseason. Hudson was joined on the second team by first year Sarah Theriault, who put together a historic season in year one with the Gryphons. Theriault averaged 16.4 points per game, the fourth-most in the conference, while pulling down 7.6 rebounds per game and distributing over three assists per contest. The South Berwick, Maine product was second in the conference in field goal percentage as well, while helping the team to its first-ever postseason appearance. Hudson and Theriault will take the court at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night as the Gryphons look to continue their historic season with a road matchup against Mount Saint Mary College.
