2016: Skyline Academic Honor Roll … played in all 26 matches … totaled 85 kills, fourth-most on team … season-high seven kills against Old Westbury (Oct. 1) … finished career with team-record 1,242 attack attempts, ranked No. 2 on all-time kills list (269), and No. 5 in assists (110) … finished career having played in more matches than any other Gryphon.

2015: Received team Coaches Award … started in 25 matches played … had 99 kills, second most on team … racked up 118.5 points, including 17 service aces and 2.5 blocks … posted season-high two service aces in five matches … had six kills at Keystone (Sept. 19) … landed eight kills against Purchase (Oct. 4) … earned first-career double-double on career-highs of 12 kills and 13 digs against Pratt (Oct. 9) … contributed five kills, eight digs and season-high five assists against Old Westbury (Oct. 17) … racked up 12 digs, landing eight kills at Yeshiva (Oct. 25) … ended season with nine kills and 11 digs in finale against St. Joseph’s Brooklyn (Oct. 31) … finished season with program’s fourth-most career kills (184), fourth-most points (238.0), fifth-most assists (107) and fifth-most digs (261).

2014: Recipient of a 2015 SLC Student Leadership Award … started in all 25 matches and played in all 81 sets of the season … had team’s second-most assists … contributed career-high seven assists against Medgar Evers (Sept. 11) … posted career-best five service aces against Medgar Evers (Sept. 27); added four kills for career-high nine points in the match … recorded career highs of eight digs and six kills against Yeshiva (Nov. 2) … elected SAAC President.

2013: Started in all 27 matches … recieved Coaches Award ... had second highest assists on team (52) … had third highest blocks on team with three assisted and one solo.

Off the Court: Concentrating in child development and sciences … also studied literature … president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) … serves as a Resident Advisor (RA) … participates in chamber choir … is a peer mentor and volunteer.

High School: Played three years of varsity volleyball.

Personal: Daughter of Mary Agnes Cando Javier … siblings include Benzon, Eric James and Derrell Jacob … hobbies include singing, organizing, painting and art … aspires to own a bakery or be a teacher … speaks Tagalog (Philippine).
