2017-18: Swam in all 12 meets ... won the 200 free and 200 breast events against Cobleskill (Nov. 4) ... victorious the 100 breast against Maritime (Nov. 17) ... took first-place in the 100 free and 100 breast against St. Joseph's Brooklyn/Old Westbury (Nov. 18) ... won the 100 breast at Statne Island (Jan. 13) ... scored in the 200 breast while helping a 400 freestyle and 200 medley relays to fourth-place finishes at Skyline Championships (Jan. 27). 

2016-17: Metropolitan All-Academic … swam in all 12 meets, scoring 154 points … part of runner-up 400 free relay against Stevens (Oct. 15) … runner-up in 200 freestyle and 400 medley relay at Cobleskill (Nov. 5) … placed second in 400 free relay against Mount Saint Mary (Nov. 12) … won 50 freestyle, 200 medley relay and 200 free relay against St. Joseph’s Brooklyn & Old Westbury (Nov. 19) … runner-up in 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 400 medley relay against Staten Island (Jan. 14) … contributed to both fourth-place relays at Skyline Championships (Jan. 27-28).

2015-16: Skyline Academic Honor Roll … member of all five team-record relays … swam in all 12 meets, totaling 146.5 points, fourth-most on team … placed 12th in 500 Freestyle at Skyline Championships (6:16.88).

Out of the Pool: Concentrating in literature … studying sociology and politics.

High School: Four-year varsity swimmer … played two seasons of varsity golf.

Personal: Parents are Cherie and Jim Langland … has three siblings: Tomas, Steven and Nellie … enjoys writing, reading, watching movies and playing hockey … ordained minister of Universal Life Church … aspires to usurpt Galactic Empire.
