Benjamin Piacquadio spent the 2025-26 season as an Assistant Coach on the women's basketball team at Sarah Lawrence College. With his help, the team set program records for overall and conference victories while having a pair of standout players named to the Skyline all-conference team for the first time in program history.
Previously, Piacquadio spent twelve years at Preston High School in the Bronx, NY, coaching basketball, where he won championships in February 2023 and most recently in February 2025, where he was also awarded Coach of the Year. He is currently the Athletic Director at Preston High School in the Bronx. His dedication to his athletes has been evident with many successful fundraisers to expand the sports programs he has been a part of throughout his career.
Piacquadio attended Iona College for a BA in History, Lehman College for a MA in Middle/High School Education, Manhattanville College for an Adv. Cert. in Physical Education Administration and Sport Pedagogy, and College of New Rochelle for an Adv. Cert. in School Building Leadership.
