Medina is a recent graduate of Sarah Lawrence College where she earned her Bachelor’s of Arts degree. The Colorado native played basketball at SLC all four years and started every single game. She is currently the programs leading rebounder and was team captain for the 2022-2023 season. Medina was also awarded the coach’s award for both the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons. She was initiated into the Alpha Psi Chapter in her senior year for recognition of both high academic and athletic achievements.
Medina was also named to the Skyline Academic Honor Roll for both the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons. In addition to being recognized in the Skyline conference's All-Sportsmanship team for the 2022-2023 season. Jordyn attended Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado where she was a four-year player. She helped her team win the 4A girls basketball state championship in 2019, her senior year.
