BRONXVILLE, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College men's basketball was defeated by Skyline Conference newcomer St. Joseph's College Brooklyn, 93-64, at Noyes Court at Campbell Sports Center on Saturday.

Gabe Eng (Brooklyn, N.Y./The Beacon School) made back-to-back three-pointers to cut the deficit to 30-21. O'Connell had another trey with three-minutes to play, making it a 33-24 game. From there, St. Joseph's cruised to a 40-26 halftime advantage and never relinquished a double-digit lead in the second half.
GRYPHON LEADERSEng finished the first half with a team-high nine points on three baskets from beyond the arc. O'Connell ended the half with six points, while junior
Stevan Radosavljevic (Lazarevac, Serbia/Grammar School Lazarevac) led the starters with six points and four rebounds. In the second half, Radosavljevic added nine more, finishing with a team-high 15 points. Gilleran scored seven in the second half to reach 10 points in the game.

FOR THE BEARSSt. Joseph's was led by Justin Manon, who went 4 for 4 from the floor in the second half, scoring 15 points in the period. Alec Willis had 12 points, while Matt O'Neill scored 11, and Michael Megafu posted a double-double on 11 points and a game-leading 10 rebounds.
