NEW YORK—Sarah Lawrence College student-athletes Sam Amberchan (Alameda, Calif./Menlo-Atherton) and Mat Gerak (Monroe, Conn./Masuk) were named to the Skyline Conference Honor Roll for their achievements in the past week, as announced by the league on Monday.

WOMEN'S SWIMMING
Amberchan won a pair of events to help the Gryphons secure victory in the final dual meet of her career. In Saturday's showdown against College of Staten Island, the captain swam the butterfly leg of the winning Green and White 400 yard medley relay (4:25.64). Amberchan then added an individual victory with her season debut in the 400 individual medley (5:47.24). Her day also included a second-place swim in the 200 backstroke (2:36.19). With the 100-90 win over the Dolphins, SLC concluded the regular season with a 7-2 overall record.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
Gerak scored 20 points in back-to-back games, including Saturday's 84-75 win over College of Mount Saint Vincent, the Gryphons' first victory in Skyline play. The junior guard had nine rebounds, six assists, two blocks and three steals in a 1-1 week for SLC. He has scored 20 or more points in the last three games and 10 or more points over the last four games. Over the last there games, Gerak has shot 27 for 31 (.871) from the free-throw line.
