Mohamed Camara (Macenta, Guinea/New World) fired a shot early in the first period and earned the Gryphons a pair of corner kicks yet nothing more. Defenseman
Colin Berg (Franklin, Mass./Mount Saint Charles Academy) also stepped up to record a pair of shots in the period. Purchase broke the silence in the 26th minute and held a 1-0 edge at halftime.

Colin Magerle (Erie, Pa./Mercyhurst Prep) headed the ball over the Panther keeper in the 76th minute, but the shot reflected off the crossbar and back to the Panthers. PC added two more goals in the game, while Camara notched his game-high fifth shot of the contest. Junior goalkeeper
Mehran Hicks (Hartsdale, N.Y./The Masters School) made 11 saves in the game, reaching double figures for the fourth time this season.
