Box Score YONKERS, N.Y.—In the Gryphons' penultimate game of the season, Sarah Lawrence College men's soccer was defeated by SUNY College at Old Westbury, 4-1, in a Skyline game at Tibbetts Brook Park on Saturday.

KEY MOMENTS
The Panthers took a quick 2-0 lead in the game. Sophomore Mohamed Camara (Macenta, Guinea/New World) recorded a shot on the Gryphons' first offensive strike of the game. In the 24th minute, Sarah Lawrence drew a penalty shot on a handball in close quarters to the Old Westbury goal. Junior Alix Legrand (Damascus, Pa./Scranton Prep) stepped up to take the penalty kick and nailed it home for his second PK goal in as many attempts this season. Rookie Owen Smith (Kingston, Jamaica/Bronx Ctr for Science and Math) registered a shot following a corner kick in the 26th minute, and the 2-1 edge carried into halftime.

In the second half, the Gryphons were held to one shot by sophomore Niall Ridgley (Santa Fe, N.M./Santa Fe Preparatory). Old Westbury scored a pair of goals to round out the scoring, including a final shot with less than two minutes to play. In goal, SLC keeper Mehran Hicks (Hartsdale, N.Y./The Masters School) made eight saves in the complete game.
