Box Score KINGS POINT, N.Y.—In the first-ever meeting between the two teams, Sarah Lawrence College men's soccer was blanked by United States Merchant Marine Academy, 7-0, in a Skyline game at Brooks Stadium on Saturday.

KEY MOMENTS
USMMA jumped on the scoreboard in the first minute of the game, and the Gryphons had trouble regaining their footing. Defender Tobias Geisler Mesevage (Ghent, N.Y./Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School) put a shot on goal in the 11th minute, while sophomore Mohamed Camara (Macenta, Guinea/New World) and junior Alix Legrand (Damascus, Pa./Scranton Prep) also recorded shots in the opening half. Camara recorded two more shots in the second half, putting one on-target. Between the pipes, junior Mehran Hicks (Hartsdale, N.Y./The Masters School) made eight saves, while Isar Wadhwa (New Delhi, India/The British School) made a save while closing out the final eight minutes.

Sarah Lawrence returns to familiar surroundings at Tibbetts Brook Park for a pair of home games. The Gryphons host Medgar Evers College on Monday at 7 p.m. before resuming Skyline play against Mount Saint Mary College on Wednesday.
