Box Score 2 MAHWEH, N.J.—Sarah Lawrence College men's volleyball faced a pair of Skyline opponents and came away losses to Ramapo College and St. Joseph's College Brooklyn at the Bradley Center on Saturday.

Callan Moor (Los Angeles, Calif./New Roads) notched four kills against the Roadrunners, while senior
Alex Carroll (Boston, Mass./Homeschooled) and junior
Isaac Gamboa (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) each recorded a kill. Setter
Richard Warke (Vancouver, Canada/Rockridge Secondary) assisted all six successful attacks. SLC's remaining seven points came on four attack errors and three service errors by Ramapo. Rookie
Gavin Spilker (Weston, Ohio/Otsego) led the Green and White with four digs.
AGAINST ST. JOSEPH'SSarah Lawrence fared better against the Bears. SLC trailed the opening set 6-4 before St. Joseph's broke open the frame with a 6-0 run. The Gryphons narrowed the gap at 18-14 but failed to close the deficit entirely. In the second set, SLC led 11-7 but another SJC run erased the advantage. A three-point streak put Sarah Lawrence in reach at 23-20 before St. Joseph's closed out the set. A 10-1 run early in the third set sealed the Gryphons' fate as St. Joseph's picked up its first-ever victory in Skyline men's volleyball play.
Moor led the Gryphons again, this time with six kills. Carroll and Gamboa added two kills each, as did rookies Spilker and
Darcy Thompson (Highland Park, N.J./Highland Park). Senior
Zach Hasl (Somers, N.Y./Soundview Preparatory) also notched a kill in the match, and Warke totaled 12 assists. Four Gryphons served up aces, while Carroll led SLC with two blocks.
On defense, Gamboa led the team with 12 digs, followed by Spilker with eight.
