BRONXVILLE, N.Y.—In a rematch of the Gryphons' season opener, Sarah Lawrence College men's volleyball was swept by College of Mount Saint Vincent, 3-0, in a Skyline match at Noyes Court at Campbell Sports Center on Wednesday.

Isaac Gamboa (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) landed a kill to score the Gryphons' first point of the match, and rookie
Callan Moor (Los Angeles, Calif./New Roads) also had a kill in the first set. Senior
Alex Carroll (Boston, Mass./Homeschooled) served up a service ace to score late in the opening set.
In the second set, Gamboa notched his second kill and Moor served up an ace. Gamboa rounded out the day with a third kill in the third set. Sophomore setter
Richard Warke (Vancouver, Canada/Rockridge Secondary) assisted all four successful attacks.
On defense, rookie libero
Gavin Spilker (Weston, Ohio/Otsego) led the Green and White with four digs. Warke, Carroll and Gamboa contributed three digs apiece, and Moor had two digs on the day.
FOR THE DOLPHINSMount Saint Vincent was led by Owen Smith with seven kills. Tyler Cucullu served up eight aces, and Logan Dickover assisted 20 kills. Cucullu also led CMSV's defense with a match-high seven digs.
UP NEXTOn Thursday, Sarah Lawrence travels to Purchase College to face the host Panthers and Kean University. The Gryphons return home on Friday to take on non-conference Medgar Evers College at 7 p.m.
