FOR THE GRYPHONS
Rookie Callan Moor (Los Angeles, Calif./New Roads) scored two kills in the opening set, while senior Alex Carroll (Boston, Mass./Homeschooled) and junior Isaac Gamboa (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) also had kills in the set. Rookie Darcy Thompson (Highland Park, N.J./Highland Park) scored a kill for the Gryphons in the second set. In the third set, Moor tallied his third kill of the day.

Setter Richard Warke (Vancouver, Canada/Rockridge Secondary) finished with four assists and a team-high three digs. Senior Zach Hasl (Somers, N.Y./Soundview Preparatory) contributed two digs, while Carroll and Moor also tallied digs. Rookie Maxwell Savo (Cross River, N.Y./John Jay) had a dig in the match.

FOR THE COUGARS
Nicholas Buseski led the match with eight kills, and Jared Warner served up six aces. Zach Lynne posted six digs and Kevin Barrow recorded 19 assists.
