Darcy Thompson (Highland Park, N.J./Highland Park) shared a block in the set. The third set included a kill by sophomore
Richard Warke (Vancouver, Canada/Rockridge Secondary). Gamboa had two assisted blocks, sharing with Moor and Carroll. Seven of Bard's 13 errors in the set came on service miscues.
GRYPHON DEFENSEIn addition to SLC's three blocks, the Gryphon defense was led by five digs by Warke. Moor and senior
Zach Hasl (Somers, N.Y./Soundview Preparatory) tallied three digs apiece. Carroll and Gamboa contributed two digs each, and rookie
Maxwell Savo (Cross River, N.Y./John Jay) also had a dig. Warke totaled three assists, and Thompson assisted the fourth kill. Jeremiah O'Mahoney made his third appearance of the season.
FOR THE RAPTORSAlex Adams had seven kills and seven service aces. Mahir Sheikh posted 22 assists, and Daniel Gagne had four digs.
