Box Score THROGGS NECK, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College men's soccer was shutout by Maritime College (N.Y.), 3-0, in a Skyline game at Reinhart Field on Tuesday. The loss snaps the Gryphons' three-game winning streak dating back to September 10.

KEY MOMENTS
The Gryphons were held to just six shots on the day. Sarah Lawrence junior Alix Legrand (Damascus, Pa./Scranton Prep) recorded the first of the game when his direct kick from 20 yards went high over the crossbar. Goalkeeper Mehran Hicks (Hartsdale, N.Y./The Masters School) fought off an early one-on-one opportunity that saved a Privateer goal in the eighth minute. Senior Roland Wynter (New York, N.Y./Lower Manhattan Arts Academy) and sophomore Mohamed Camara (Macenta, Guinea/New World) also had shots in the opening minutes of the game, but neither was on target. Maritime scored in the 21st minute and held a 1-0 edge at halftime.

Junior Varun Kelkar (Nagpur, India/Jenks) put a shot on goal early in the second half, but Maritime doubled the lead to 2-0 by the midpoint of the period. Camara added three more shots in the period, but another Maritime goal in the final five minutes put the game out of reach. Hicks finished the day with eight saves, having faced 20 shots total.
