Isaac Gamboa (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) recorded his first career double-double with 12 assists and 10 digs in the second match of the day.

AGAINST KEAN
The Cougars—who have been nationally ranked as high as No. 7 in this season's Division III polls—controlled all three sets of the match. The Gryphons erased a three-point deficit to tie the second stanza at 3-3 but never held a lead against the defending Skyline champions.
Sophomore
Callan Moor (Los Angeles, Calif./New Roads) landed four kills in the match and made one point-winning block, while rookie
Harris Silcott (Los Angeles, Calif./CHAMPS Charter) added a kill. Gamboa had four assists in his first match as the team's setter.
AGAINST YESHIVA
In the season's second showdown with the Maccabees, Sarah Lawrence totaled 21 kills yet were unable to secure a set in the conference match. The first-set lead exchanged hands five times, and the Gryphons held a two-point edge on four different occasions. The decisive rally was a 7-0 run by Yeshiva that put the set out of reach, 25-19.
Sarah Lawrence was unable to take a lead in the second set, and despite a three-point SLC lead at 8-5 in the third set, Yeshiva came away with the sweep.
Moor reached double-figures in kills for the second time this season, landing 12 spikes against YU; he added a service ace, seven digs, and two shared blocks. Silcott finished with three kills and 14 digs.
Gamboa achieved his first career double-double after totaling 12 assists and 10 digs in the match; he also contributed a kill, service ace and two blocks.
Rookie
Zack Roccaforte (Albuquerque, N.M./Albuquerque Academy) notched two kills, an assist, two digs and a block in the match. Junior
Maxwell Savo (Cross River, N.Y./John Jay) posted a kill, assist, four digs and block. Making his collegiate debut, rookie
Nick Ransom (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) recorded two kills, a service ace and two digs against the Maccabees.
