Box Score 2 NEW JERSEY CITY, N.J.—Sarah Lawrence College men's volleyball began the final quarter of its season with a Skyline tri-match hosted by New Jersey City University at the John J. Moore Athletics and Fitness Center on Saturday.
IN SHORT
New Jersey City U. (11-13, 3-2 Skyline) defeated Sarah Lawrence, 3-0.
25-12, 25-14, 25-7.
Sage (13-12, 3-2 Skyline) defeated Sarah Lawrence (0-18, 0-7 Skyline), 3-0.
25-6, 25-9, 25-16.
AGAINST NEW JERSEY CITY U.
Four different Gryphons landed a kill against NJCU as the Gothic Knights swept the match. Sophomore
Callan Moor (Los Angeles, Calif./New Roads) had a kill, two service aces, three digs and two blocks. Rookie
Ithai Diakov (Sofia, Bulgaria/B.I.S.) finished with a kill, an ace, a dig and a block.

BJ Sanders (Silver Spring, Md./Georgetown Prep) had a kill against NJCU, adding two assists, three digs and one block. Senior
Isaac Gamboa (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) rounded out the offense with a kill, two assists and two digs.

Harris Silcott (Los Angeles, Calif./CHAMPS Charter) had two digs in the match, and junior
Maxwell Savo (Cross River, N.Y./John Jay) helped the defense with a dig.
AGAINST SAGE
The Gryphons performed better against the Gators. Sage took the first two sets comfortably, while the Gryphons nearly erased a seven-point deficit in the third set after narrowing the gap to 15-12.
Moor once again led the offense by racking up six kills with two aces and a block. Silcott led the defense with seven digs and bolstered the offense with three kills. Sanders totaled three kills and two blocks in the match.
Diakov had a block, an assist and a kill, while Gamboa landed a kill with 13 assists and one block. Savo had a block and a dig in the match.
