NEW YORK, N.Y. - The Sarah Lawrence women's basketball team opened Skyline play on Monday with an 87-63 loss to Yeshiva at Arc Arena.

TOP GRYPHON PERFORMERS
Three Gryphons finished in double-figures. For a second straight game, first year
Camryn Davis reached double-digits, scoring 16 points. She also finished with team-highs in steals (5) and assists (4).
Taryn Penna made her season debut, posting 16 points, five rebounds, one steal and an assist.
Emmamazy Prior reached double-figures for a second consecutive game, scoring 14 points while adding five rebounds, three assists and one swipe.
Tess Carrier recorded seven points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals, while
Melanie Coleman paced the Gryphons in rebounds (11) and blocks (4).
RECAP
Sarah Lawrence, returning to action following a nine day layoff, got off to a sluggish start in the opening half of play, trailing by double-digits at intermission.
The Gryphons got it going offensively in the second half, scoring 45 points. Sarah Lawrence outscored the Maccabees 24-17 in the final quarter.
