BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - Omar Jamaleddine scored a game-high 22 points, leading the Sarah Lawrence men's basketball team to a 62-60 victory over Mount Saint Mary at Campbell Sports Center. The Gryphons improve to 13-10 overall and 11-7 in Skyline play with the win.

Jamaleddine connected on eight field goals, scoring 20 or more points for an eighth time this season. The first-year also grabbed six rebounds while handing out three assists.
Enike Anyia finished with 12 points (4-4 FG), a team-best eight rebounds, two assists and one steal, while BJ Sanders contributed 10 points and seven rebounds.
Austin Jones scored four points, while adding three assists and a game-high four steals. Kaleb Robinson scored five points, while Liam Barry hit a pair of field goals. Andrew Varoli and Isaiah Pean each made a basket in the win.

Sarah Lawrence, who've clinched a spot in the Skyline Tournament for the first time in team history, held off a late rally from the Knights, securing the season split between the two teams. With the win, the Gryphons secure an above .500 record for the first time in program history.
The Gryphons used a strong run to end the first half to take a double-digit lead into the break. Knotted 15-15 with 13:00 remaining, Sarah Lawrence went on to outscore Mount Saint Mary 25-9, taking a 40-24 advantage into intermission.
The Gryphons shot 59-percent in the first half. Jamaleddine scored 16 of his 22 in the period, capped off by a buzzer-beater from half court. Sarah Lawrence did a great job defensively, holding the Knights to one made field goal in the final 8:26.
Mount Saint Mary got it going offensively in the second half, shrinking the margin to single-digits (51-43) with 11:56 left to play. The Knights continued to chip away, tying the game 57-57 with 1:43 left in regulation.
Sarah Lawrence regained the lead with a layup from Sanders with 1:23 on the clock. Mount Saint Mary took its first lead of the game with 33 seconds remaining with a corner 3-pointer (61-60).
Jamaleddine put the Gryphons back in front with 17 seconds left with a pair of free throws (61-60). Mount Saint Mary missed a jumper on the other end, fouling after a rebound from Sanders. Sanders hit 1-of-2 from the charity stripe to give Sarah Lawrence a 62-60 edge with seven seconds remaining. The Knights had a look at the end inside the paint, but were unable to convert, securing the win for the Gryphons to snap a three-game losing streak.
