Jane Joncha recorded the second most digs in Sarah Lawrence College women's volleyball history, going for 37 against The College of Mount Saint Vincent on Monday night.
The Gryphons forced five sets after falling down 0-2, but dropped the match 3-2 to the Dolphins.

How It Happened
All five sets were determined by six points or fewer. CMSV took the first set 25-23. The Gryphons were down 20-15 and rallied back to even the score. A 5-3 run from the Dolphins ended the set. SLC dug itself out a five-point hole in set two as well, trailing 17-12 and fighting back, evening the score and eventually going up by one. CMSV concluded the set on an 8-2 run, taking it 25-20.
With set three tied at 18, Sarah Lawrence ripped off a 7-1 rally, winning the set 25-19. Momentum carried over into the fourth set. The Gryphons went up 11-6 near the midway point of the set. The Dolphins knotted the score at 14, then went on to take a 19-17 edge.

Isabel Pecora evened the score with back-to-back kills. Down 23-20, SLC strung together five unanswered points, forcing a fifth and final set.
The Gryphons were up 8-6 in the fifth set. CMSV deadlocked the set at 10. A 5-1 Dolphins run ended the match.
