BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence College softball team hosted the College of Mount Saint Vincent for a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon. The Gryphons fell 11-1 in game one then 10-0 in game two.
GAME 1
SLC got on the scoreboard first thanks to a sacrifice fly from 
Alexa Zartman-Ball the scored 
Anna Brand in the first inning. Brand got to third after singling and advancing on a double from 
Hannah Akin. SLC led 1-0 after one. CMSV took the lead in the second, scoring two runs. A six-run seventh inning from the Dolphins created an insurmountable deficit for the Gryphons to overcome.
Game 2
Bailey Nguyen fanned five hitters in the game two, holding the Dolphins scoreless in the second, third, and fourth inning. Six CMSV players crossed the plate in the fifth inning. Three more runs were added in the sixth.
