BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – The Sarah Lawrence women's volleyball team secured a 3-1 victory over St. Joseph's Brooklyn in a Skyline Conference matchup, with set scores of 25-21, 24-26, 25-12, and 25-18. The Gryphons improved to 11-5 on the season and 5-1 in conference play with the win.

- Eva Anderson totaled six aces, four of which came in the final stretch of the fourth set to seal the match victory
- Kaille Ferguson led all players with 28 digs, adding in a trio of assists

How it Happened
Sarah Lawrence started strong, taking the first set 25-21. The Gryphons used well-timed kills from
Nikolet Vataj and Kazos to pull ahead, while
Georgi Massey's consistent defense helped them maintain control. St. Joseph's Brooklyn kept the set close, but Sarah Lawrence managed to close it out with a string of points late in the set. The second set was more tightly contested, with St. Joseph's Brooklyn battling back to take the set 26-24. The teams traded points throughout, but a few errors by Sarah Lawrence allowed St. Joseph's to edge out the win and even the match at one set apiece. In the third set, the Gryphons responded with a dominant 25-12 performance. Vataj and Kazos continued to shine at the net, while Hertig's setting kept the offense in rhythm. Sarah Lawrence's defense also held strong, limiting St. Joseph's to minimal scoring opportunities. The final set saw Sarah Lawrence finish off the match with a 25-18 victory. Vataj delivered key kills at critical moments, and Ferguson and Massey's defense ensured that the Gryphons remained in control throughout. St. Joseph's Brooklyn made a late push, but the Gryphons closed the match with Anderson securing four service aces in the final stretch of play as SLC took the the final nine points of the match to secure the 3-1 victory.
