BRONXVILLE, N.Y. - Sarah Lawrence College Athletics is excited to announce the addition of Richard Fulcher, ATC, as Assistant Athletic Trainer. Fulcher will play a key role in supporting the health, safety, and performance of Gryphon student-athletes across all sports.

Fulcher joins the Sarah Lawrence staff with a strong background in athletic training and a passion for providing comprehensive care for student-athletes. In his new role, he will work closely with the athletic training staff, coaches, and administration to ensure the well-being of Gryphons both on and off the field. Rich earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health Science at Stony Brook University before returning to complete his Master's Degree in Athletic Training in 2025. During his time as a student he completed clinical rotations at Half Hollow Hills HS West, Queens College, and Stony Brook University Football. He also worked with Adelphi University Men's Lacrosse during their 2025 National Championship run.

"I'm very excited to meet and work with all of our staff and athletes," Fulcher said. "We will work together so that our Gryphons are in the best position to compete and win in their respective sports."

Fulcher's addition further strengthens the College's dedication to prioritizing student-athlete wellness, while also continuing to build a supportive environment that fosters success in competition and beyond. He will work alongside Head Athletic Trainer and Senior Women's Administrator Lauren Foote to provide continued care for student-athletes throughout the year.

Welcome to Sarah Lawrence, Richard!
