Lauren Foote was named Head Athletic Trainer at Sarah Lawrence College in January 2022. She was also named the Senior Woman Administrator in July 2024.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Duquesne University in May 2021. During her undergraduate studies, she gained hands-on clinical experience as an athletic training student intern at Duquesne University, La Roche University, North Hills High School, and Fox Chapel Area High School.
During her undergraduate studies, she participated in research, including her collaborative article "Speed-Language Pathologists' Perspectives on Interprofessional Collaboration," which was published in March 2022 in the Journal of Interprofessional Care.
She earned her Master of Sports Leadership Studies in May 2023, with concentrations in Professional Sports Administration and Collegiate Sports Administration. While at Northeastern, Lauren completed a Sports Marketing and Management internship with Sports International Football Camps, expanding her experience in administration and operations.
Lauren has participated in the NCAA Student Athlete Leadership Forum as an Administrator Representative, the NCAA Regional Rules Seminar, the NCAA DIII SWA Program, and the NCAA Effective Facilitator Workshop. Recently, she has become certified as an NCAA DISC Program Facilitator.
In March 2025, Lauren created the Women's Athletic Leadership Summit held at Sarah Lawrence College. The Summit was designed to educate and empower coaches, administrators, and athletic trainers through mentorship and educational programming.
Lauren was named the Emerging Athletics Administrator for DIII by the National Association of Division III Athletics Administrators in January 2026.
Lauren is a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer licensed in New York and New Jersey.
