GLASSBORO, N.J.—Five Gryphons set new personal bests as Sarah Lawrence College women's cross country concluded the 2016 season at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Championship, hosted by Rowan University on Saturday.

THE GRYPHONS
For the first time in her three-season career, junior
Tiffany Meier (Goleta, Calif./Olive Grove Charter) was the first Gryphon to cross the finish line. She completed the 6K course in 25:18, setting a new personal best for 203rd place. The effort marks the team's fastest run this season and puts Meier into second on the Gryphons' all-time list.
Sophomore
Rosa Mykyta-Chomsky (Philadelphia, Pa./Germantown Friends School) ended her first fall season as the No. 2 Gryphon, setting a personal-best with a run of 25:23 for 211th place. Senior
Allyson Panton (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) was the third SLC harrier to cross the line, finishing her career with a run of 27:29 in 266th position.
Sophomore
Isabel Edmonds (Appleton, Wisc./Appleton North) ran a collegiate best of 27:58, while classmate
Katherine Labadie (New Orleans, La./Benjamin Franklin) took a minute off her previous best time and followed closely in 28:02. The duo placed 275th and 277th, respectively.
Junior
Katie Shepard (Visalia, Calif./Mount Whitney) improved her best time by seven seconds and crossed the line in 280th place with a run of 28:25. Sophomore
Molly Walsh (Yarmouth, Maine/Yarmouth) rounded out the team in 283rd with a mark of 28:47.
