THROGGS NECK, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College men's swimming was defeated by defending Skyline champion Maritime College, 112-70, at Riesenberg Aquatics Center on Friday.

LEE CONTINUES WINNING STREAK
Sophomore
Anthony Lee (Stevensville, Md./Kent Island) continued his winning ways, having won all six of his individual events in the team's three official dual meets this season. In Friday's meet, he swam a pair season bests, touching the wall first in the 50 yard freestyle (22.92) and 100 butterfly (56.53).
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
Sophomore
Jack Langland (Ottumwa, Iowa/Ottumwa) earned a pair of fourth-place finishes with his times in the 100 freestyle (56.14) and 200 freestyle (2:09.91). Sophomore
Shaurya Chawla (New Delhi, India/Pathways World School) set a personal best in the 1000 freestyle with his time of 15:54.35. Junior
Charles Philip Sheridan Allard (Fall River, Mass./B.M.C. Durfee) took fourth place in the 50 freestyle with a personal best of 29.25, and he swam a personal best in the 500 freestyle (7:15.68), taking 17 seconds off his previous best to earn maximum points in the event.
Junior
Derick Edgren (Fort Collins, Colo./Auburn (Ill.)) scored nine points for his season-best swim in the 100 breaststroke (1:13.35), adding a season best in the 200 individual medley (2:27.38). Senior
Nick Ransom (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) posted two season bests in the meet, competing in the 100 backstroke (1:16.69) and 200 individual medley (2:37.94).
The team's two rookies each swam personal bests as well.
Ben Behrman (Summit, N.J./Pingry School) had a personal record in the 200 freestyle (2:48.44), while
Sebastian Kleppe (San Francisco, Calif./Gateway to College) swam his best time in the 100 freestyle (1:02.11).
GRYPHONS RELAYS
The foursome of Lee, Edgren, Ransom and Langland began the day with a mark of 1:57.58 in the 200 yard medley relay. In the day's final race, Kleppe, Behrman, Chawla and Allard scored maximum points in the 200 freestyle relay (2:05.52).

Sarah Lawrence returns to action on Saturday when the Gryphons host St. Joseph's College Brooklyn and SUNY College at Old Westbury. Action begins at approximately 1:30 p.m.
