FIRST HALF
Rookie
Jordynn Figueroa (Gresham, Ore./Gresham) scored the team's fastest ever goal, needing just 49 seconds to net the game-winner. After a quick Yeshiva foul,
Eva Horstman (Edina, Minn./Edina) served up a direct kick down the right side, and Figueroa was able to take it to the net for her first collegiate goal. The remainder of the first half was quiet until Horstman played another direct kick from the backfield, sending it up the middle for sophomore
Sophia Spralja (San Clemente, Calif./San Clemente) to score the Gryphons' second goal shortly before halftime.
SECOND HALF
In the first five minutes of the second period, Spralja fired a perfectly-placed direct kick from 25 yards out, netting her second goal of the day. Figueroa soon scored a second goal, this time capitalizing on a pass from rookie
Maddie Eppler (Omaha, Neb./Millard North). Ungar scored three straight goals from the 61st minute to the 84th, playing off a pair of assists from Spralja. The hat trick is the first of the team's varsity history (since 2013). In the final seconds, Horstman fed a pass to Eppler, who scored a breakaway goal with two seconds remaining in the game.

Spralja finished the day with seven shots, while Ungar and Eppler had four shots each. Figueroa and rookie
