Form a Team
Teams of four will participate in fitness activities to earn points towards the coveted Fitness Challenge trophy. If you're having trouble finding a team, you can contact the Challenge organizers or go it alone for solo fitness glory. |
Earn Points for Workouts
Come to Campbell Sports Center every weekday at noon or 5 p.m. and do a Daily Activity to earn your point for the day. Only one point can be earned per day for workouts, so don't miss a day or you will miss points (20 points maximum). Daily Activities are conducted at noon and 5 p.m., so come to the session that best fits your schedule. |
Earn Points for Consistency
Participants earn a bonus point each time they participate in Daily Activities for seven consecutive days of the Challenge, up to three bonus points. The Challenge runs Monday to Friday and weekends do not count. The Challenge also excludes Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Jan. 16. |
"Win More Wednesdays!"
Bring your team to Campbell Sports Center at noon on January 18 and February 1. On these days, participants will play in quick challenges for a chance to earn bonus points. Players will be selected based on their workouts from the previous two weeks, so the more you participate, the more chances you'll have. Everyone in attendance will get at least one opportunity at bonus points. |
Optional Weight-Loss Program
Participants who are interested in losing weight in 2017 are invited to experience optional programs to encourage healthy and sustainable weight loss. Full details of this program will be announced by the Challenge organizers. |
The Fitness Challenge is presented by the Sarah Lawrence Department of Athletics and Physical Education.
