Earn Points for Workouts

Come to Campbell Sports Center every weekday and do a Daily Activity to earn your point for the day. Only one point can be earned per day for workouts, so don't miss a day or you will miss points (21 points maximum). |

Earn Points for Consistency
|
Participants earn a bonus point each time they participate for seven consecutive days of the Challenge, up to three bonus points. The Challenge runs Monday to Friday and weekends do not count. |

"Win More Wednesdays!"
|
Bring your team to Campbell Sports Center at noon on January 18 and February 1. On these days, participants will play in quick challenges for a chance to earn bonus points. Players will be selected based on their workouts from the previous two weeks, so the more you participate, the more chances you'll have. Everyone in attendance will get at least one opportunity at bonus points. |
Individual Awards
Individual recognition will be presented to any participant who earns 18 points.
18 points gets you a prize!
23 points puts you in the
FIT CLUB! (bigger prize)
28 points puts you in the
ELITE CLUB! (even bigger prize!)
Team Awards
Groups of four (4) individuals can register as a team. The team's score is the sum of each member's points. The team with the most points earns the title of Fitness Challenge Grand Champions. In the case of a tie at the top of the team rankings, co-champions will be declared.
For most individuals, we hope that the fitness you've gained is incentive enough to strive to be your best.
