DEEP IN THE ARCHIVESSarah Lawrence's fourth-place finish is the team's best in the current era of the team (since 2008). In the four previous appearances, the Gryphons never did better than sixth. SLC's best finishes at Bard College were both recorded in the late 1990s. Sarah Lawrence won the event in 1997 and took third place in '98.
LEADING THE PACKKauffman finished her seventh-straight race in the top 10, finishing in seventh place overall with a time of 20:19. Rookie
Isabel Edmonds (Appleton, Wisc./Appleton North) cracked the top-20 for the third time in as many weeks. She crossed the line in 18th place at 21:42, her fastest time of the season.
BACK-TO-BACKDespite 19 seconds difference, sophomores
Tiffany Meier (Goleta, Calif./Olive Grove Charter) and
Katie Shepard (Big Pine, Calif./Mount Whitney) finished in consecutive positions, 32nd and 33rd. Meier was the Gryphons' No. 3 runner for the third-straight week and reached the finish in 22:27, while Shepard completed the course in 22:46.

Molly Walsh (Yarmouth, Maine/Yarmouth) finished among SLC's top five for the third week, taking 51st in 23:21. Sophomore
Nawshin Abanti (Dhaka, Bangladesh/International School Dhaka) placed 60th in 24:03, marking back-to-back weeks as the No. 6 Gryphon. Junior
Allyson Panton (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) finished on Abanti's heels, jumping two spots to the team's No. 7 slot and earning 61st overall.
