MADISON, N.J.—Sarah Lawrence College men's swimming concluded the weekend by finishing fourth at the 2015 Drew University Ranger Invitational at F.M. Kirby Pool on Saturday.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
Rookie
Anthony Lee (Stevensville, Md./Kent Island) posted a personal best in the 100 yard freestyle, earning third place in a time of 50.02 seconds. He also bettered his 100 backstroke performance from Friday, setting a career-best of 1:01.34.
First year
Shaurya Chawla (New Delhi, India/Pathways World School) earned fourth place in the 200 yard backstroke, swimming a career beest of 3:24.10, more than 20 seconds faster than his previous best. He also had a sixth-place finish in the 100 backstroke with a career-best of 1:37.30. Chawla also posted a personal best in the 100 free (1:16.23).
Rookie
Dawa Lama (New York, N.Y./The Beacon School) earned fourth place in the 100 yard breaststroke. He set a new personal best of 1:08.00 in the event. In an exhibition swim, he set a new career best of 54.23 in the 100 freestyle.
Rookie
Derick Edgren (Fort Collins, Colo./Auburn (Ill.)) scored a pair of points by taking eighth place in both breaststroke events. He had a career-best time in the 100 breast (1:11.99) and followed that with another personal best in the 200 yard breast (2:39.67). Edgren also posted a career best in the 100 free (58.72).
Junior
Nick Ransom (Bakersfield, Calif./Stockdale) swam three career-best races on Saturday. He bettered his previous best in the 100 yard breaststroke (1:15.06) and had a personal best in the 200 breaststroke (2:49.80). Ransom also swam a career best of 1:02.57 in an exhibition 100 freestyle.
First year
Jack Langland (Ottumwa, Iowa/Ottumwa) also swam a career best in the 100 free (56.85). In the morning session, he also swam the 100 breaststroke (1:14.39) for the first time in his collegiate career.
Rookie
Charles Allard (Fall River, Mass./B.M.C. Durfee) rounded out the individual performances with a personal best in the 100 freestyle (1:08.29).
GRYPHON RELAY
In the final race of the weekend, Lee, Edgren Langland and Lama captured fourth place in the 400 yard freestyle relay. Lee swam an opening split of 50.09 seconds, and the foursome posted a mark of 3:42.36.
