QUEENS, N.Y.—Sarah Lawrence College men's tennis hosted two-time defending Skyline champion Yeshiva University at Alley Pond Tennis Center on Tuesday.

Yeshiva (6-3, 2-0 Skyline) def. Sarah Lawrence (0-3, 0-2 Skyline), 9-0.
DEFENDING CHAMPIONS SWEEP
Yeshiva won all nine points in Tuesday's match. The Maccabees won Skyline titles in 2014 and 2015 and remain undefeated in league play this season.

In doubles action, both the No. 2 and No. 3 Gryphon duos were able to win a pair of games in their respective matches. Senior
Juan Sucre (Caracas, Venezuela/ASFM (Monterrey, Mexico)) teamed with sophomore
Andre Garibaldi (New Hope, Pa./New Hope-Solebury) in the second doubles match, and junior
Ben Dougherty (Brooklyn, N.Y./The Beacon School) partnered with rookie
Alex Wah (New York, N.Y./Riverdale Country / Bay Sch. of S.F.) in the No. 3 match. YU won the two matches 8-2 and the top spot, 8-1.
In singles, first year
Matias Sanchez (Córdoba, Argentina/Academia Arguello) stole two games in the No. 1 match. Garibaldi won a pair of games in his first set at No. 3 singles. In the No. 6 singles match, rookie

Sarah Lawrence hits the road for a pair of matches this weekend. The Gryphons travel to Lehman College on Saturday before visiting Skyline opponent St. Joseph's College Long Island on Sunday.
